At Madd House Design Co., we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel for schools, sports teams, clubs, and organizations. Because our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, please read our refund policy carefully.
Custom & Personalized Orders All custom-printed items (t-shirts, coolies, flags, pennants, and other custom apparel) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
- Change of mind after an order has been placed
- Color variations due to screen display differences
We strongly encourage you to review our How To Order page before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maddhousedesignco.com. We will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
