Where We Ship Madd House Design Co. ships within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (see current promotions at checkout)
Processing & Production Time Custom apparel orders require production time before shipping. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment after your order is processed. Current turn-around-times are posted at the top of our website and are updated regularly. We will notify you when your order ships or is ready for pickup.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Madd House Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
