1. Custom Design & Artwork When you submit artwork, logos, or design files for your order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those materials. Madd House Design Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to decline any order that contains content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any law.

2. Design Approval A digital proof will be provided for your review before production begins. Production will not start until you approve the proof. Once approved, the design is considered final and no changes can be made.

3. Order Processing Orders are processed in the order they are received. Rush orders may be available — contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional fees.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. Madd House Design Co. reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.

5. Intellectual Property All original designs, graphics, and content created by Madd House Design Co. remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or resell our original designs without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Madd House Design Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
